These terms describe acceptable use of the public Chemisode website and its links to Chemisode learning services.

You may use the public Chemisode site and linked public learning resources for personal study and normal classroom teaching. Use must be lawful and must not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the platform.
Content and intellectual property
Chemisode-created text, graphics, simulations and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Normal classroom use and linking are permitted. Unless separately authorised, do not republish substantial parts of Chemisode, remove attribution, sell Chemisode content as your own product or falsely imply endorsement.
External services
Chemisode links to and may rely on third-party services. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Changes and availability
Chemisode may correct, update, replace or remove content and features. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Rights that cannot be excluded
These terms operate together with the Educational Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
